Terms of Service

1. The service
Axelcrew AI ("Axelcrew", "we") provides an AI-powered front-desk service that answers calls, books appointments, and manages related communications on behalf of subscribing clinics ("you"). The service is configured collaboratively with you and operates according to the information you provide about your clinic.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information about your practitioners, services, hours, and policies — the service can only be as accurate as its configuration.
- Comply with laws applicable to your clinic, including call-recording consent requirements and health-information law in your jurisdiction.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Review call transcripts and alerts in your dashboard; the service is an administrative tool and does not provide medical advice or clinical judgment.
3. Fees
Fees are set out in your service agreement or order form and billed monthly. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to place harassing or deceptive calls, or to misrepresent the identity of your clinic. We may suspend service to prevent abuse or harm.
5. Data
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. As between the parties, your clinic's patient relationships and records remain yours.
6. Service levels & disclaimer
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but telephony, third-party systems, and AI processing can experience interruptions or errors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. It is not a substitute for emergency services, and callers indicating emergencies are directed appropriately.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axelcrew's total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Term & termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach or non-payment. On termination, your data is handled per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
